Full participation registration all-in fee covers : access to scientific sessions, meeting documentation, hotel accomodation, breakfast, lunches, receptions, dinners, customized leasure program (free, golf, golf lessons).
Flight and hotel transfer at the expense of the participant.
Online registration is on a first in-first-served base, with a maximum of 60 golfers. Your registration will become firm, when the Travel Secretariat (World of Travel) receives the complete payment. A detailed invoice will be sent to you by the travel secretariat.
Registration for golf tournament on course is restricted to golfers with max hcp 34.
Each healthcare provider has to register and subscribe for the medical conference.
