Registration fees: registration fees include 3 days participation at the conference (including coffee breaks, lunches, conference documentation, Welcome at the City Hall Ghent, access to the satellite symposia of the sponsors and all taxes).
Important: The above fees also include 21% VAT.

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation:
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat (Semico) by email: info@semico.be
The following cancellation fees will apply:
Before September 1, 2026: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00 .
From September 1 until October 20, 2026: 50% refund.
As of October 20, 2026 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund.
All refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the conference.
Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 50,00.
